Here is a Father's Day card for last year. Last Fathers day I had just got the Nifty Fifties cartridge and I was itching to use it. since my dad was born in the 50's, I though he would be the perfect person to honor my first use of this cartridge. I used many cartridges to bring this card together. First i used the Imagine Pattern Cartridge Audrey for the front of the card background and the yellow part of the jukebox. For the sentiment I used Simply Charmed. And of course for the jukebox and the notes i used Nifty Fifties. I used my cuttlebug to and the Nifty Fifties coordinating embossing folders and airbrushed silver metallic finish to it. On the Inside I wanted to keep the "Rockin" theme so i brought together a phrase using the Nifty Fifties cartridge. I used the font to spell out "to one" and then i took the phrase Rock-N-Roll and cut off the roll at the end. The Daddyo and guitar was a completed phrase that i used off Nifty Fifties. I used the colors to coordinate with the dots seen on the front of the card. All of the paper used was printed off the Imagine Audrey Pattern Cartridge.
