Well Mothers Day has come and gone and it is such a bitter-sweet holiday for me. I lost my mom in 2004 and I was so close to her and I took it very very very hard. So Mothers Day is a constant reminder that I no longer have a mother here on earth....But Sean still has a mom and I wanted to do something special for her. I created this card using the Snow Friends cartridge and CCR. I cut them at a total of 4.5 inches and used CCR to weld the hands together. Then on the inside I used my silhouette Designer Software and cameo to print and cut the sentiment. I got the font from www.dafont.com and it is called avalanche. The sentiment says"FAMILIES ARE FOREVER LOVE DOES'NT MELT". Using a cut I got form the Silhouette Online Store I was able to use my Making Memories Sew Easy to sew around the sentiment. I dressed it up with some coordinating embellishments. Hope you enjoy it, Sean's Mom LOVED it.
