Well Winter is upon us and we all know what that brings us….winter projects. Well Close To My Heart has brought us a great collection this year. The project that I made today is a 9X9 Winter layout that features the Frosted Paper Packet and the Frosted My Stickease® Assortment. This collection is an amazing collection that really brings these winter months to life. They bring those warm cozy magical moments that want us to reach for those cups of cocoa and snuggle by the fireside. Now that we all want to go by this paper set….. lets talk about the layout.
I started with a 9 X 9 layout and layered it with a scallop cutout of one of my favorite pattern papers from the Frosted Paper Packet. All of the paper used came from this paper set. I cut out WINTER using my favorite die cutting machine and used my favorite color of Glitter Gel on each letter. I then raised each flag of each letter using 3-D Foam Tape. The snowflakes in the upper right hand corner came from the Frosted My Stickease® Assortment. I love the sentiment that also came from the same Frosted My Stickease® Assortment. It went perfectly with the theme of this layout. The snowflake and the sentiment were both raised using the 3-D Foam Tape.
Here is a close up of the snowflakes that came with the Frosted My Stickease® Assortment. I also used Stardust Glitz™ Glitter Gel in the center of the snowflake and on the edges to give it some sparkle. I raised the snowflakes up using 3-D Foam Tape.
Last look of the sentiment that came with the Frosted My Stickease® Assortment. This sentiment went perfect with this layout.
The frosted paper pack is a great way to bring in the winter months and I am so excited to bring you my next project that will debut the stamp set I will be using. Stay tuned next week for my next exciting project!
