So I decided to make her a card using some chalkboard fun. Now I designed this card myself using Cricut Design Space. You can get this FREE file by CLICKING HERE. For this card I used mostly the FREE basic shapes that comes with Cricut Design Space. for the flags and frame I used my CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy. Now you can switch out the flags and frames if you do not have this cartridge very easily. Once I had the design set I was able to start the cutting process. Now I used my new Cricut Explore Air for this card. I found Chalboard paper at Hobby Lobby and it is called Chalk Fun Stack. 

Now on the frame I used some chalk markers to really utilize this paper. For the border on the frame I used the Bistro Pink Chalk Marker. Now these will not fit in the Cricut Explore Air, so you will have to use the Chomas Creations Pen Adapter to make these markers works. On the Happy Birthday Sentiment I used the Birthday Bash Font using the America Crafts White Chalk Markers. now these fit perfectly in the Cricut Explore Air, no adapter needed. For the "th" on the flag I used the Bistro Blue Chalk Marker.

Now we can focus on the big "70" which is what this card is all about. I used the CTMH Framework Alphabet Set and stamped them using the CTMH Black Ink. I wanted to bring some of the yellow elements from the paper into the card so using my ShinHan™ Touch Twin™ Golden Yellow Marker I made little dots on the inside of the 70. To the left of the "70" I took some arrows from the Chalk It Up Assortment to balance the flag off to the right. I raised the middle flag, the frame and the oval using 3D Foam Tape. 

Well my aunt loved this card and I hope you enjoyed it too.
