Recently I joined a Christmas Card Swap that was hosted in my Cricut, Silhouette, ScanNCut Craft Groupies. In this swap we had 10 crafty individuals that would exchange cards with each other. I was going to make 30 cards and in return get 30 cards. Well I knew it had to be something easy and quick, so here is what I came up with
These cards heavily feature one of my favorite stores on the internet, Lil'Inker Designs. However you could substitute any of the items for supplies you have on hand. Since this card used metal dies, I only needed to use my good old trusty Cutlebug and the Cuttlebug Magnetic plate.
2) Run the same card with the Lil'Inkers Merry & Bright through the Cuttlebug
3) Use Silver Silk, Teal Silk, Cranberry Silk and Electric Lime Silk to coordinate with background paper.
4) Affix ribbon along bottom of the card.
5) Using the Lil'Inker Snowflake Metal Die and Cricut Glitter Cardstock, Cut out different sizes of snowflakes and use Glue Dotsto decorate the card.
That is it! A nice simple, but fun holiday card to make in large groups! Here is a close up of the other colors:
