XBOX 360 CHEAT CODE BOOK

Hello, this is Ken with another "Kreation" from Ken's Kreations.

Well I recently had the honor of welcoming another foster child into my home. His name is Mickey and he is a typical 11 year old boy, which means he is addicted to my XBOX 360! As any good player will tell you they are only as good as their cheat codes! Well my foster son was writing all of his cheat codes on his hand, which the State of Washington prefers not to happen. So I created a little journal for him to write these codes in.Here is What I came up with:

To see any of the products I used in this project close up, make sure to follow the hyper links provided for you in the text!

I started with book binding material and a spiral wire to bind it all together. I covered the books cover using the new CTMH Proplayer Paper Packet. This is a very fun, young, and tech themed paper packet that has a bunch of different things you can do with it.

I then used the new CTMH Tech Speak Stamp Set and used the Game Controller, Next Level and Bar Level Graph (along the bottom of the book) stamp. I used Black Exclusive Inks® Stamp Pad for each of these stamps and then used a wide variety of CTMH Markers to color in the variety parts of the stamps. I took some white ribbon and a plain pen and then using some Washi Tape I covered the pen over the ribbon attaching it to the ribbon. The pen then could be stored in the spiral binding of the notebook. I raised all three stamps using 3-D Foam Tape

Inside the book I bound several pieces of blank paper to give Mickey ample space to write all of his cheat codes for his many games.

I wanted to personalize the book so I used the font feature from the CTMH EXCLUSIVE Cricut® Artiste Collection to spell out Mickey's Cheat Codes. I cut these using the Ruby and Pacifica Paper from the ProPlayer Paper Pack. I taped some green stripped washi tape along the book and raised the font using foam squares.

This was a very fun project that my Foster Son loved! I cannot tell you how excited I am about this paper pack and stamp set. It is perfect if you have a gamer in the house. It has so many different possibilities that can be used for. From cards, to scrapbook pages this stamp set and paper pack has so many fun possibilities. Stay tuned later this month as I continue to feature this stamp set in many other projects. thanks for stopping by the site today and onto the NEXT LEVEL!!

  2. I am a recent follower and started because I liked your designs. After today’s post I am following for an additional reason. You are an exceptional person. Just to be the kind of person it takes to foster children is remarkable enough, but to go the extra mile and become involved in their preferred activities and take the extra time to make this involved book for him is truly outstanding.

I admire and commend you for your generous heart and giving personality.

    God Bless you.

    Sincerely,

    Karen
