Hey Everyone! Ken here with Ken's Kreations. Well as many of you know I recently had surgery! The good news is I stepped on the scale and I was down a few pounds. Of course that was because I no longer have my gallbladder. I feel much better, however it put me in a ind. You see I host thanksgiving every year and I always make the invites and this year with my surgery I just did not have time. Thank goodness Close To My Heart offers the Workshop On The Go Series, because in one night i was able to make 15 cards to get me ready for thanksgiving!
The Workshops on the Go® Pathfinding Cardmaking Kit gives you everything (except the inks) that you need to make 15 beautiful cards. I will have pictures below of each individual card and any EXTRA items I used, however for the cards you will also need the following Exclusive Ink Colors: Goldrush, Glacier, Chocolate and Desert Sand. Here is everything you get in this amazing kit:
The great thing about the Workshops on the Go® Pathfinding Cardmaking Kit it even comes with instructions on how to build the card with all of the measurements for all of your cuts. I was able to take all of the measurements and using a simple square in Cricut Design Space I was able to copy all of these measurements and cut them on my Cricut Explore.
After I cut out all my pieces on all the Exclusive Cardstock including in the kit I was able to organize all my pieces into the three different card styles. All you have to do is follow the pictures that are given to you in the instruction booklet that comes with the Workshops on the Go® Pathfinding Cardmaking Kit.
1st Card:
All the items to make this card are in the kit, with the exception of the ink. You will need Goldrush, Glacier, and Chocolate ink for this card. You will get to make 5 of these cards.
2nd Card:
All the items to make this card are in the kit, with the exception of the ink. You will need Desert Sand and Chocolate ink for this card. You will get to make 5 of these cards.
3rd Card
For this card kit I changed it up format the instructions a bit. Instead of using the wood grain stamp set, I wanted to make it more thanksgiving, so I used the Season Of Thanks stamp set and I dressed the card up with the Pathfinding Complements. You will also need the Goldrush, Glacier, and Chocolate ink for this card. You will get to make 5 of these cards.
Because Close To My Heart offers the Workshop On The Go Series, it makes card making so easy. I was able to complete 15 of these cards the night before my surgery to keep my mind of things and now I am all set for Thanksgiving. I hope you enjoyed today's post.
