YOU STINK CARD

Hey Everyone! Ken here with Ken's Kreations and I am so excited to share today's post with you all. Last week I was on vacation and I may have went on some shopping spree's (shhh....don't tell my partner Sean). Anyways I have had a blast getting to know this product and wanted to share my first project.

This card was a blast to make and really introduced me to the world of die-cuts. As many of you know I love my electronic crafting machines and how versatile they are, however last week I stumbled on a site with such amazing dies that I could not pass them up. The site is called Lil' Inker Designs and they have amazing products to offer. Anyways lets get started with this project!!

The bottom of this card features White Card Stock that I spruced up with the amazing Ken Oliver Color Burst. I used all 6 of the basic colors Alizaran RedUltramarine BluePthalo GreenOrangeViolet and Yellow. If you have never used this product check out this video to see how I used the Airbrush Technique. Watch the video here:

Once I was finished with the Color Burst Portion of the card I was able to move my attention to the top of the card. I used White Card Stock and embossed this with the Quilted Stitch Cover-Up Die from Lil' Inker Designs. Now as I told you I went on a shopping spree and received the new Craftwell Cut-N-Boss. I will bedoing a review on this amazing embosser this weekend so make sure you subscribe to my YouTube Channel so you don't miss out. Once the Quilted Stitch Cover-Up Die was ran though the Craftwell Cut-N-Boss I cut off the bottom half and using my Scotch AGT affixed it to the top portion of my Color Burst Portion

Now I could have some more fun with Lil' Inker Designs. To hide the seam from the Color Burst Portion and the Quilted Stitch Cover-Up Die coming together I took the Stitched Scallop Border and  ran that through the Craftwell Cut-N-Boss and covered the seam from the two papers coming together. Now I could move onto my sentiment. I LOVE this stamp set. It is called The Fine Print and it features "rude" comments in bold with the remainder of the message "In The Fine Print" Using my MISTI I stamped the "Always Read The Fine Print" on the Stitched Scallop Border. I took some left over White Card Stock and ran the Anytime Tag Die Set 2 through my Craftwell Cut-N-Boss and finished the tag up with the "YOU STINK" stamp from the The Fine Print stamp set.

I finished the card up with the flowers in the corner and nice embellishments on the quilted part of the card. I took coordinate color matched to the bottom Color Burst Portion which happen to come from the Cricut Candy Card Stock Collection. I used the Perky Poises Die Set and ran these through the Craftwell Cut-N-Boss. I raised the tag and one of the flower bunches up using 3D Foam Tape. I finished the card of by using liquid pearls at each of quilted intersections. I used liquid pearls in the following colors PeacockRouge and Cantaloupe. I just love playing with new items that I bought and cannot wait to share more of them with you in the coming weeks! For all the products used in this post make sure to look at the shopping list below!!
