What does an All American Dad deserve on his Birthday. Look no further than this card. A co-worker asked if i could make a card for her father. When i asked her what words come to her when she thinks of her dad, she responded with...Recliner, Beer, and Golf. I assured her i had a perfect card for her father for the perfect weekend. I wanted to make this card using bright but masculine colors. I used my Bubblegum Stripes Imagine cartridge for the paper. On the front of the card I Used the Seasonal Fathers Day cartridge for the Recliner, Beer and Remote. I took the TV from the Groovy Times and put the Golf Club from the Seasonal Fathers Day cartridge inside it. I used a silver metallic sharpie pen to give the recliner arm, beer can and remote a chrome finish. The inside i used the Groovy Times for the sentiment "chillaxin" and Birthday Bash for the sentiment "birthday". I took my cuttlebug and border embossing folder to make the stars and then filled them in with blue stickles glue. I put ribbon on the top and bottom of the personal message page and blue and green button brads on the sentiment page. Her father loved it!!
