Here is the card I made. The heads are on a craft item called "wobbles" These can be found at Amazon

I cut the black and white paper .25 inch apart 

I used this distress tool by Tim Holtz to give the side of the paper a distress look.

I used this dew drop ink on the edge of the white paper and then i took the white paper and crumpled it up into a little ball. I unfolded the paper and then using an ink dabber i went over lightly the areas that showed the creased from crumpling the paper. 

On the edges of the card I used my We R Memory Makers Crop-a-Dile so I could put eyelets and run forest green ribbon through to close the card and dress it up a little.
