LOVE YOU TO PIECES CARD

Hey Everyone! ken here with Ken's Kreations!

Well, it is official I am IN LOVE with Fun Stampers Journey new colors they released with the new catalog. They are nostalgic, bright, and fun, and I just cannot stop using them. I love mixing them up with other products. In today's card we are going to use a little bit of everything to make a card for someone to tell them simply "Love Ya".

So for this card I used a ton of dies, color elements, and a stamp set on my new favorite paper! One of my favorite places to get metal dies is Lil'Inkers. I have fallen in love with this site simply due to the amount of Stitched Dies they have to offer, plus they offer an EXCLUSIVE dual stitch. Many of the dies even have matching Stamp Sets. For this project I used the following Dies and Stamps from Lil'Inkers:

Background Of Card: Quilted Stitch Card
Stitch On Pattern Paper: Long & Skinny Stitched Die Set
Curved Tag: Anytime Tag Set
Puzzle Pieces: Puzzle Die Set
Sentiment: Piece Of Me

. This project was the first time I used my Cuttlebug® Magnetic Mat with my Cuttlebug. Now before you run out and buy the Magnetic Mat, keep in mind it requires the need for the long B Plates and A Plates. However I must say this is a GODSEND for us crafters with the original Cuttlebug®. Now anytime you are working with Dies you will want to cut with thick card stock. I used White Cricut Cardstock so the stitches would show up nice and clear. I cut the puzzle pieces with Fun Stampers Journey card stock (which cuts like butter) in the colors of Turbo TealOutrageous Pink, and Electric Lime. On the base of the card I also gave some color to the stark white background by using some Fun Stampers Journey color silks in the matching colors. I raised the tag up with Foam Squares and finished the entire project with a tied bow made out of Pink Twine.

I am in love with Fun Stampers Journey product and how versatile it is. I am a Journey Coach with them and you can purchase products directly through me by CLICKING HERE.
